Who is certified Barista instructor from SCA /Specialty Coffee Association/ for the module
Brewing and one of three certified trainers for the Barista skills module.
George Zhelyazkov is also a coach at the Italian Espresso Academy, which has affiliates in over 14 different countries and IBM /Italian Barista Method/. He has been a passionate coffee lover for many years, who also tries to introduce new people into the exciting world of coffee.
You get the opportunity to learn a lot about your favorite drink in an amateur seminar or pass various levels of training in a number of fields – from green coffee to roasting, espresso and alternative coffee preparation techniques, latte art, tasting and coffee shop management courses.
The levels are for beginners, advanced and professionals who want to become coaches.At the end of each training there will be an exam for issuing an Espresso Academy diploma, which is recognized by IBM and it is included in the course price.
If you wish to be certified by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), there is an additional fee to be charged to the Association and an additional examination must be conducted as well.
