Popayan region is located in southwest part of Colombia, near the Pacific ocean in the mountain of Sierra Nevada, surrounded by the Andes reaching 1800m above sea level.
The cup resulting from the soil conditions, altitude and washed processing has a very good aroma, balanced acidity, full body, which combine to present a pleasant, sweet, chocolate aftertaste.
On the average, every farmer grows coffee on 5 to 10 hectars of land. Main crop is between April and December and coffee is so important for the economy that cars entering into the country are firstly dewormed and only then are allowed in the state.

If you want to consume 32-36g of coffee, we advise using 16-18g of coffee for 24-32 seconds.
